1. Refund Eligibility
- Service Not Performed: If we are unable to perform the agreed-upon service due to an error or issue on our end, you are entitled to a full refund. Please contact us immediately if this occurs so we can process your refund promptly.
- Service Completed: Once a service has been successfully completed, no refunds will be issued. This includes solar panel cleaning, bird netting installation, or any other service provided by Clean Energy Partners.
2. Subscription Plan Cancellation
- Customers on a subscription plan may cancel at any time by contacting us directly. However, any upcoming scheduled cleaning or service must still be paid before the subscription is terminated.
- Upon payment for the final scheduled cleaning, the subscription will be officially canceled, and no further charges will apply.
3. Disputes and Resolutions
- If you believe you are entitled to a refund or have concerns about a completed service, please contact our support team at 702-986-0018 or 410-390-2896 within 7 days of the service date. We will investigate the issue and work toward a resolution.
- Refund requests outside of the outlined conditions will not be considered.
